Very good in this price.Location is in central area, tram bus stop are close to the property.Muslims community center is at walking distance. All the staff members were very professional and helping but Malina was an exception.I found Malina intelligent, hard working, knowledgeable, full of energy and always ready to help others.Overall it was a great experience staying in the hotel

The hotel location was a stones throw away from the Tube which made getting around the city exceptionally easy. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. My room was always warm which was welcoming after a day exploring the sub zero temperatures. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent and it was constantly topped up 👌🏼

It was clean and cozy and exactly what I was expecting. The price was very reasonable for its location and the fact that I had an en suite bathroom. They kindly gave me a room on the ground floor due to my huge luggage bag lol. Breakfast was nice, a quick way to fill up before a packed day of walking about. Would recommend this hotel to any solo travellers who prefer not to share a room or bathroom like in a dorm.

The tiny room without a window let me have the best night’s sleep of my life. It was quiet and the bed was nice and soft. The staff at Birka is helpful; they gave me immediate help with a beeping door alarm. Breakfast options were satisfying and the bread, rolls and croissants were always fresh. The location of the hotel allowed me to easily reach the city’s landmarks on foot. The towels were changed daily.

Room was great and had everything we needed. Bed and pillows very comfy. Lots of coat hangers and coat hooks for clothes and bathroom was great and had a huge mirror. Room was small but big enough for us. About 10-15 minute walk to the old town and 5 minutes to main shopping area, location is ideal and the street outside was very quiet. The staff were all lovely too and made us feel welcome.

The workers were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but it was no surprise since it’s as it was shown here. Everyting was clean and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was moderate, but still nice. Everyone could find something to eat that they like. The location is amazing - right in the center and also has a metro station near by. Would definately return to this hotel.

The location was very central, only a few minutes walk to Hötorget square. And it was also only about 50m to the nearest subway entrance. Helpful to be able to keep our luggage stored at hotel, before and after check in

It is an incredible hotel, both very affordable and offers much more than its price. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. We met a few people at the hotel and most of them had come last year and they chose this place again, I can understand why. If I come to Sweden again, I will definitely come here without looking elsewhere.

Pleasantly surprised by the wonderful stay I've just had at Birka Hotel. Room was basic but spotlessly clean with super comfortable bed. Despite facing the street, it was also super quiet and I slept really well there. Breakfast was included in my rate and it too was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful with booking taxis etc... I would definitely stay there again.
